About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in private practice since 2019. I’ve been fortunate to call Santa Barbara home since 2001, though I’m a native Californian and went to college and graduate school here. Before opening my private practice, I worked as a social worker for Santa Barbara County Social Services, where I supported individuals and families through complex life challenges. I also worked as a case worker for CenCal Health, helping members navigate the healthcare system and access critical services. Most recently, I worked as a medical social worker for a local home health and hospice agency, providing emotional and practical support to patients and their loved ones during vulnerable times.
These experiences have shaped the way I show up as a therapist—compassionate, practical, and deeply committed to meeting people where they are. I specialize in anxiety treatment and work with clients who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to help you find relief, clarity, and a renewed sense of connection—with yourself and the world around you.
